摘要失禁相关性皮炎（incontinence-associated dermatitis,IAD）是皮肤暴露于大小便中而引起的一种刺激性皮炎,是潮湿相关性皮肤损伤的一种临床表现,常发生在患者会阴部、骶尾部、臀部、腹股沟、男性的阴囊、女性的阴唇、大腿的内侧及后部,是失禁病人普遍存在的问题。
