中医和解法理论治疗急性胃肠炎的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Harmonizing Method Theory in the Treatment of Acute Gastroenteritis

目的对中医和解法理论治疗急性胃肠炎疗效进行分析。方法选取2011年7月至2015年8月在我院进行治疗的急性胃肠炎患者100例,常规治疗组50例,均给予常规治疗;改良组患者50例,给予中医和解法理论进行治疗。结果改良组患者的临床治疗效果、症状缓解情况均明显优越于常规组患者(P<0.05);两组患者均没有发生因治疗导致严重药物过敏反应。结论对于急性胃肠炎患者应用中医和解法理论能够有效的提高临床治疗效果、帮助患者的临床症状缓解,改善其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of harmonizing method theory in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis. Methods 100 cases of acute gastroenteritis were divided into routine group（50 cases, receiving routine treatment） and improvement group（50 cases, receiving harmonizing method for treatment）. Results The clinical effect and symptom remission condition of improvement group were significantly superior to routine group（P〈0.05）;patients in both groups did not occur severe allergic reactions due to treatment. Conclusion For acute gastroenteritis patients, harmonizing method theory of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve clinical outcomes, help alleviate clinical symptoms, and improve quality of life.
