摘要
采用响应面法优化高压提取桑葚果渣中白藜芦醇的工艺条件。以白藜芦醇提取量为考察指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-Benhnken中心组合设计3因素3水平试验,以确定最佳提取参数。结果表明,最佳提取参数为:料液比1∶25(m/V)、乙醇浓度78%、提取压力270 MPa、提取时间5.5 min;在此条件下,白藜芦醇提取量可达(8.29±0.20)μg/g。
The response surface methodology was employed to optimize the extraction conditions of resveratrol from mulberry pomace by high pressure technology. The Box-Benhnken central composite design with three factors and three levels on the basis of single factors experiments was used to optimize the extraction conditions, taking resveratrol amount as response value. The results showed that the extraction amount could be up to(8.29±0.20)μg/g at the conditions as follows: rate of solution to solid 1∶25(m/V), ethanol concentration 78%, pressure 270 MPa with treatment time 5.5 min.
