摘要 利用有限元软件SYSWELD模拟电子束焊接GH4169合金薄板,研究有无扫描波形对其焊接过程的熔池形貌和温度场的影响。数值模拟结果表明:使用"双椭球热源+3D高斯体热源"组成的复合热源模型能够很好地描述三角波扫描和无扫描波形电子束焊接薄板的熔池形貌,与试验结果相吻合;三角波扫描电子束焊的熔池区的面积大于无波电子束焊;三角波电子束焊的温度峰值高于无波电子束焊,温度场的计算结果与熔池形貌密切相关。 The process of electron beam welding of GH4169 alloy sheet was simulated by finite element software SYSWELD, and the effect of scanning/normal electron beam welding waveform on the weld pool morphology and temperature field was studied in the process of electron beam welding. The numerical simulation results show that the composite heat source model of the double elliptical globe heat source +3D Gauss body heat source model can describe the weld pool morphology of the triangular wave and the normal electron beam welding well, and the results are in good agreement with the experimental results; The area of the weld pool of the triangular wave electron beam welding is larger than that of the normal electron beam welding; The temperature peak value of the triangular wave electron beam welding is higher than that of the normal electron beam welding, the calculation results of the temperature field are closely related to the weld pool morphology.
