健脾活血方治疗肝硬化腹水患者30例

Clinical Observation on Strengthening Spleen for Activating Blood Circulation Recipe in the Treatment of Cirrhosis Ascites for 30 Cases

目的观察用中西医结合方法治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法将60例肝硬化腹水患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在常规西医治疗的基础上加用健脾活血方观察并比较两组患者的改善情况。结果与对照组相比较,治疗组患者纳差、腹胀、浮肿等临床症状改善更快(P<0.05);治疗组患者前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、凝血酶原时间(PT)明显低于对照组。治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为63.3%,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水在改善临床症状、提高白蛋白等方面优于单用西医治疗组疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of therapy of integrated medicine in treating the cirrhosis ascites. Methods 60 cases with cirrhosis ascites were randomized into treatment group and control group. The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment. The treatment group used strengthening spleen for activating blood circulation recipe on the basis of conventional Western medicine therapy. The improvement of the two groups was observed. Results Comparing with the control group,the anorexia,abdominal distention,edema and other clinical symptoms of the treatment group improved faster（ P〈0. 05）. The prealbumin（ PA）,albumin（ propagated） and prothrombin time（ PT） of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 6%,the total effective rate of the control group was 63. 3%,and there was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine treatment of cirrhosis ascites was better than Western medicine in improving clinical symptoms and albumin,has significant curative effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
