摘要 该文针对新型智能机翼翼型变形控制的应用需求,研究了超临界翼型在产生微变形情况下的流谱结构及在10~500μm微变形条件下翼型的气动特性变化。研制出了用于智能机翼的压电陶瓷致动器:位移量为5~290μm,最大输出力为200N,满足智能机翼变形控制需求,验证了压电陶瓷致动器在智能机翼上应用的可行性。 In order to meet the application requirements of the wing deformation control of the smart wing,the flow spectrum structure of the supercritical aerofoil profile with micro-deformation and the aerodynamic characteristic change under the condition of 10~500μm of the micro-deformation have been studied in this article.The piezoelectric ceramic actuator with the displacement of 5~290μm and the maximum output force of 200 Nhas been developed.The proposed piezoelectric actuator can meet the requirement for the wing deformation control of the smart wing.The feasibility of piezoelectric ceramic actuator applied to the smart wing has been validated.
