摘要
结合全自动水胶贴合机的研制项目,对其大转台定角度旋转机构进行设计和研究。首先,对设备水胶贴合机各部件进行简要说明,对大转台定角度旋转机构设计存在的问题做了介绍;其次,对大转台定角度旋转机构存在问题的原因进行分析,并根据分析结果改进设计;最后,对改进设计后大转台定角度旋转机构利用光学测厚等方式进行测量,实际应用证明该改进设计结构稳定可靠,可长期使用。
Combined with the research project of automatic water glue laminating machine,I designed and studied its rotating mechanism with large turntable and fixed angle. First,the paper describes briefly the components of the device water glue laminating machine,and introduces the problems that have existed in designing the rotating mechanism with large turntable and fixed angle. Secondly,the paper analyses the causes of problems with the rotating mechanism and introduce the improved design through the analysis results. Finally,the paper introduces measurement with the improved design using an optical thickness and other ways. The final application shows that the improved design of the structure is stable and reliable for long-term use.
