摘要
经深入剖析百层高楼建造过程中施工总承包管理的各项业务需求及重难点,该项目总包项目部创新研发应用基于BIM的施工总承包管理系统,以全专业BIM深化设计模型为载体,集成各业务海量信息数据,通过灵活多维度地快速查询、各项工作的自动分派、海量信息的自主交互、时效内容的自动提醒及预警、信息数据的定型化积累等一系列功能及方法,实现对进度、工作面、图纸、合约、成本、工程量、碰撞检查、劳务、运维等的数字化、精细化管理,极大地提高了施工总承包管理的效率。
Combining with hundred of layers high building construction,the requirement and difficulties for general contract management is analyzed. The general contract department innovatively researches construction contract management system based on the BIM. Taking the special BIM detailed design models as supporters to collect each speciality enormous data,lots of functions and methods including rapided inquiry at multi-dimension,automatic assignment for each work,autonomous interaction for enormous information,automatic reminder and early warning of prescription content,information data accumulation are applied to realize the digitization and fine management for the program,working surface,drawing,agreement,cost,quantities,collision check,labour service,operation and maintenance. The efficiency of construction contract management is improved rapidly.
