摘要 研究了Sup6钢坯加热过程中不同加热温度和保温时间对其脱碳的影响,分析了脱碳组织形貌的演变规律,同时建立了试验钢在高温(950~1250℃)条件下的脱碳层预报模型。结果表明,温度在950~1150℃,保温时间为20、30 min时,随着温度的升高,Sup6脱碳层深度逐渐增大,1150~1250℃后开始降低;保温时间大于60 min时,脱碳层深度随着温度的升高而增大。温度在950~1250℃时,脱碳层深度随着保温时间的延长而呈线性增大。温度达到1250℃时,保温20~30 min,氧化速度大于脱碳速度;保温30~90 min时,脱碳速度大于氧化速度。 The influence of different heating temperature and holding time in heating process on the decarburization of steel billet was studied. The evolution rule of decarburization tissue morphology was analyzed, at the same time, the decarburization prediction model of the test steel at high temperature (950-1250 ℃) was established. The results show that while the temperature is 950-1150 ℃, the holding time is 20 min or 30 min, with the increase of temperature, the depth of decarburization layer of sup6 increases gradually, and it begins to decrease while the temperature is 1150-1250℃ ; While the holding time is higher than 60 min, the depth of decarburization layer increases with the increase of temperature. At 950- -1250℃, the depth of decarburization layer increases linearly with the extension of holding time, When the temperature reaches 1250 ℃, holding time for 20-30 min, the oxidation rate is greater than the decarbonization rate, and the conclusion is opposite while the holding time is 30-90 rain.
