摘要
采用羟基丙烯酸树脂与聚酯树脂合理复配并科学选择固化剂、颜填料、助剂及施工工艺,所研制的脂肪族聚氨酯面漆具有以下特点:1相比丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,基料的粘度更低,固含量更高,可达70%以上;漆膜韧性更好,50 cm反冲没有任何的裂纹;漆膜表面平整光滑更加丰满;2相比聚酯聚氨酯面漆,通过选择固化剂HDI三聚体以及合理控制-NCO/-OH比例在1.1~1.2之间,漆膜有合理的交联密度,具有更好的干燥速度、涂层硬度、耐候性以及耐化学品性;3通过对润湿分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂、抗流挂剂、防老化剂以及催干剂等助剂的合理选择,漆膜表面状态良好,对层间附着力没有任何影响,施工性能及耐候性更佳;4对施工工艺科学设计,面漆达到了流平性、鲜映性、丰满度以及与底漆结合力好的效果。
With hydroxyl acrylic resin and polyester resin reasonably compounding and scientific selection of curing agent,pigment,filler,additives and construction technology,aliphatic polyurethane topcoat has the following characteristics:(1)Compared with acrylic polyurethane topcoat,the viscosity of base material is the lower,the solid content is higher,and can reach more than 70%; the toughness is better and 50 cm recoil is without any crack; film surface is smooth and more plump.(2)Compared with polyester polyurethane topcoat,through the selection of HDI trimer curing agent and reasonable control of the-NCO /-OH ratio of from 1. 1 to 1. 2,the film has reasonable crosslink density,better drying speed,coating hardness,weatherability and resistance to chemicals.(3)Through reasonable selection of wetting dispersing agent,leveling agent,defoaming agent,anti-flow agent,anti ageing agent and drying agent,film surface is in good condition,the adhesion between coating is without any effect,construction and weathering performance is better.(4)Through scientific design of construction technology,the film has good leveling,fullness,DOI and effect of combined with primer.
