摘要
为解决电机测试台操作便捷和美观的问题,分析了人机工程学与电机测试台造型设计的关系,探讨了对电机测试台造型进行人机工程设计的要素,提出了基于人机工程学的电机测试台造型设计方法。以测试台为例,在对原产品进行功能分析和尺寸测量的基础上,确定了新产品造型的主体特征,运用人机工程的理论与方法进行了造型方案的设计,为相关产品的人机工程设计提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of convenience and beauty of motor testing platform, the relationship between ergonomics and motor testing platform modeling is analyzed. The motor testing platform modeling elements were discussed; then the modeling design method of motor testing platform facing ergonomics was put forward. Taking testing platform as an example,based on functional analysis and size measurement to the original product, the new product modeling features were determined.The modeling scheme was designed using ergonomics theories and methods. The study provides references for ergonomics design of relative products.
