摘要
基于电磁场两极间同性相斥、异性相吸的原理以及半硬磁合金材料的剩磁原理,提出了一种具有电磁可控反力的剩磁吸持的双线圈结构的新型智能交流接触器的设计思路与方案。并应用基于单目视觉技术对双线圈智能交流接触器的三维动态特性进行了测试与分析。通过分析测试结果,得出具有电磁可控反力的智能交流接触器可以更加快速的选相合闸、具备剩磁无声节电吸持功能和更加快速的微电弧能量分断功能等。
Based on the principles of repulsion and attraction between electromagnetic poles and the magnetic remanence of semi-hard magnetic alloy materials, a new intelligent AC contactor design method was proposed by a new contactor structure model which has following characteristics: controllable electromagnetic counter-force, remanence and double-coil. The three dimensional dynamic characteristics of the double-coils intelligent AC contactor were tested and analyzed by using the single camera vision technology. By analyzing the test results, the double-coils intelligent AC contactor can realize closing more rapidly, silently energy-saving retention and micro arc energy breaking.
