摘要
针对普通注塑模具生产效率较低的现状,以3D眼镜框为研究对象,分析并设计3D眼镜框热流道叠层式注塑模具。利用Moldflow对多腔异件的型腔排布注塑方案进行填充分析,给出一套流动平衡较好的注塑方案。在UG的建模环境下对整体叠层模进行设计,分别完成其热流道系统、冷却系统、导向机构、侧向联动开模机构、限位机构的设计。最终模具结构合理可行,为叠层模具设计提供了一定的指导意义。
Aimed at the present situation of the low efficiency of the ordinary injection mold production, the 3D glasses frame as research object was analyzed to design the hot-runner stack injection mold. By using Moldflow software, the configuration solution of multi-cavity of different workpieces was made in filling analysis. So a set of good flow balance injection solution was given. In UG modeling environment, overall stack mold was designed on the hot runner system, the cooling system, the guide mechanism, the mold opening mechanism of lateral linkage and the stop gear. Finally, the mold structure is reasonable and feasible, providing a certain guiding significance for the stack mold design.
