摘要
本试验采用变温热处理结合茎尖培养对4个苹果品种和2种砧木组培苗脱除潜隐性病毒的效应进行了研究。结果表明:不同的苹果品种和砧木耐热性不同。其中王林、珠美海棠的耐热性最强,L-6、金矮生的耐热性居中,首红、天汪1号耐热性最差。在相同处理条件下,不同的苹果基因型脱毒率存在差异。其中王林脱毒效率最高,3种病毒的同时脱除率达到100%;金矮生ACLSV和ASPV两种病毒的同时脱除率达到100%;ASGV的脱除率也在80%以上;株美海棠、L-6、天汪1号、首红的脱除率较低。另外,不同病毒种类脱除的难易程度也存有差异,ACLSV最容易脱除,ASGV最难脱除,ASPV居中。
Virus eliminationment for six apple cultivars and rootstocks was studied by heat treatment combined with shoot tip culture. The results showed that the heat resistance was different among these 6 apple culdvars and rootstocks. OrinandZumi showed the highest heat resistance. L--6andGoldengrowthshowedthe lower heat resistance than Orin and Zumi. Shouhong and Tianwang No. 1 showed the lowest heat resistance. The virus elimination rates of different apple genotypes under the same treatment were different. The virus elimination rate ofACLSV, ASPV and ASGV on Orinwas the highest with the 100% at the same time. The virus elimination rate of ACLSV,ASPV on Gotdengrowth were 100% and the virus elimination rate of ASGV also could reach more than 80%. The virus elimination rate of ACLSV,ASPV and ASGV on Zumi,L--6,Tianwang No. 1 and Shouhong were lower. Different virus showed the different elimination rates, which ACLSV could be elimatedfasterly than ASGV and ASPV.
