摘要
阐述了安钢Q420q D高强高韧桥梁结构钢板的研制过程,以低碳贝氏体钢为设计主线,通过采取合理的多元化成分体系,精准的冶炼、连铸及控轧控冷工艺,获得了良好的微观金相组织,力学性能优良,焊接性能良好。试验结果表明,安钢研制的Q420q D具有高强、高韧、低屈强比等特点,产品满足了标准及用户要求,并具备批量生产能力。
This paper expounds the research and development process of Q420 qD bridge structure steel plate with high strength and high toughness in Anyang Steel. Taking low carbon bainitic steel as the main line of design,it is ensured reasonable structure and excellent performance of the plate by adopting the diversity of reasonable composition system and precision of smelting,continuous casting,controlled rolling and controlled cooling process. Test results show that the developed Q420 qD of angang has many characteristics,such as high strength,high toughness,low yield strength ratio and so on.The product not only meet the requirements of the standard and the user but also is provided with massing production capacity.
