韩玲教授认为过敏性紫癜系热毒入里,血热妄行、湿遏气机、气血亏虚,风热之邪夹杂湿邪,风热毒瘀阻络贯穿整个过程。早期以风热之邪夹杂湿热邪气居多,后期以心脾气血亏虚为主,湿邪贯彻疾病始终。治疗应积极寻找诱因,避免接触过敏原,减少感染;对平素体质一般,容易上呼吸道感染的患儿应注意加强防护,积极清除慢性感染灶,以免诱发;禁食易过敏的药物及食物。
