摘要
以全长32.645 km的双洞单线关角隧道施工为例,针对高原长大隧道施工通风的难题及其与保持隧道内温度相矛盾的问题展开研究,以双正洞巷道式施工通风及高寒地区隧道节能升温2项核心专利技术为背景,介绍了在施工中采取斜井设置中隔板的方式,充分利用斜井顶部弧形空间,在保证隧道进风量和风速的同时,为工程运输和排水管道设置提供了足够的空间。在双正洞内形成的运输、通风2个通道,缩短了风机送风距离,保障了隧道工作面需风量;同时,根据市政工程暖气原理,自主研发了隧道节能升温系统,在关角隧道施工实践中得到了成功应用,取得了良好效果,为类似工程施工积累了经验。
The applications of gallery ventilation technology and energy conservation heating technology to Guanjiao Tunnel( 32. 645 km long and twin-tube single line) are introduced. The intermediate separating plate is set in the inclined shaft; the space of inclined shaft top can provide space for ventilation,transportation and drainage pipelines.The ventilation distance is shortened and the air needed is guaranteed by setting transportation gallery and ventilation gallery in main tunnel. Meanwhile,energy conservation heating system is developed and good effect has been achieved.
