摘要
分别采用超声波辅助提取和提取液提取方法对鱼体中的甲基汞进行前处理,通过高效液相色谱串联原子荧光法分析测定甲基汞含量。结果表明:两种方法均可用于高效液相色谱串联原子荧光法测定鱼类甲基汞的前处理。超声辅助提取和提取液提取的回收率分别为81%—95%和82%一1叭%;精密度分别为6.7%和5.6%;检测限分别为33.5μg/kg和13.4μg/kg;两种前处珲方法测定FAPAS样品得列的测定结果与定值吻合,准确度满足分析要求。超声波辅助提取相对提取液提取简便、经济性较好,而提取液提取相对超声波辅助提取试验耗时短、检出限低,在对未知浓度甲基汞(痕量)进行测定时,提取液提取相对超声波辅助提取更为可靠。
Two pretreatment methods,ultrasonic-aid extraction and solvent extraction,for determination of methyl-mercury in fish by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HPLC-AFS) were compared and analyzed.The results showed that both pretreatment methods were qualified for the methyl'mercury determination of different fish samples by HPLC-AFS.The recovery,precision and detection limit of ultrasonic assisted extraction and solvent extraction were 81%—95%and 82%—101%,6.7%and5.6%,33.5μg/kg and 13.4 μg/kg,respectively.The determination results of FAPAS samples by the two pretreatment methods were consistent with the fixed value,and the accuracy was satisfied.Ultrasonic assisted extraction was more simple and economic than solvent extraction,while solvent extraction was short timeconsuming and had lower detection limit.Solvent extraction is more reliable in determination of unknown concentration(trace quantity) of methyl mercury.
