Analysis of the Test Results of HBsA g Room Quality Evaluation

目的通过参加卫计委临检中心室间质量评价,发现问题,总结经验,提高实验结果的可靠性和准确性。方法按照卫计委临床检验中心的要求,对其发放的采供血机构血液检验样本进行检测,对HBs Ag回报的室间质评结果进行分析,并用S/CO值与全国的S/CO均值进行比对分析。结果参加卫计委临检中心室间质评工作多年来,每年均取得各个项目满分的好成绩,传染性指标的S/CO值与全国均值接近。结论参加室间质量评价,可不断提高实验室的检测水平,保证输血安全。

Objective To find out problems, analyse the experience, improve the reliabilily and accuracy of test results by participating in the Ministry of Health rummage center EQA. Methods In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health Clinical Laboratory Center, we detect blood samples collected from agencies, analyze the returned results of HBsAg EQA, compare the chamber S/CO values to the country＇s S/CO mean value for statisticalanalysis. Result Various projects are made out of good results annually by participating in the work of the Ministry of Health rummage center EQA. Contagious indicators of the S/CO values were closed to the national average level. Conclusion We can constantly improve the level of laboratory detection by participating in EQA, ensure safe blood transfusion.
