摘要
应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对四连杆门座起重机的臂架进行建模和有限元分析,对臂架的强度和刚度进行计算,验证四连杆门座起重机设计方案的合理性,同时通过应力和位移云图,找到最大应力及最大位移处,为四连杆门座起重机进一步结构优化提供理论依据。
ANSYS finite element analysis software is adapted to model and analyze the boom of four-bar linkage portal crane. By the finite element analysis software, the strength and stiffness of the boom are calculated accurately and the reasonableness of the four-bar linkage portal crane design scheme is also verified At the same time, through the stress and displacement cloud diagram, the maximum stress and maximum displacement are found out, and a theoretical basis for further optimization of four-bar linkage portal crane structure is orovided.
