普拉克索治疗帕金森病伴抑郁的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Pramipexole in the Treatment of Parkinson's Disease With Depression

目的 分析普拉克索治疗帕金森病伴抑郁的临床效果。方法 选取我院2014年1月-2016年1月收治的82例帕金森病伴抑郁患者,按照随机性原则分为观察组和对照组,各41例患者。对照组的41例患者采用美多巴进行治疗,观察组的41例患者在对照组治疗基础上加普拉克索进行临床治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,对两组患者的抑郁症专业量表（HAMD）进行评分。结果 经过相同治疗时间后,相比对照组,观察组的治疗效果较优,观察组患者治疗总有效率92.6%优于对照组的总有效率75.6%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 普拉克索对治疗帕金森伴抑郁临床疗效确切。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of pramipexole in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease with depression. Methods 82 cases of Parkinson＇s disease with depression admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random principle,each of 41 cases. Control group of 41 patients with Madopar treatment,the observation group of 41 patients on the basis of control group using pramipexole for clinical treatment. Compared the two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect,and the two groups of patients with major depression scale（HAMD）score. Results After the same treatment time,compared with the control group,the treatment effect of the observation group was better,the patients in the treatment group the total efficiency was 92.6% was significantly better than the control group of 75.6% of the total efficiency,the differences between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pramipexole in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease with depression has great clinical efficacy.
