摘要
平衡块式推力轴承利用上、下平衡块之间的杠杆原理补偿轴偏斜,为明晰平衡块补偿轴偏斜的运动特性,在忽略瓦块、平衡块、套环等运动部件间相对滚动、滑动影响的假设下,推导了平衡块补偿轴偏斜的运动方程;应用简化前的运动模型、热流体动力润滑理论,对所推导平衡块补偿轴偏斜运动方程进行了验证;分析了轴偏斜大小及方向、瓦块及平衡块结构尺寸、瓦块数等因素对平衡块补偿轴偏斜运动特性的影响。结果表明:忽略运动部件间的相对滚动和滑动,不影响对平衡块补偿轴偏斜运动规律的分析;平衡块转角、瓦块轴向位移随瓦块位置角呈三角函数关系分布;瓦块较多时,补偿性能较差;瓦块、平衡块支点处圆弧半径与平衡块补偿轴偏斜运动特性不相关。
The leveling plates equalizing thrust bearing functions as a compensation for shaft misalignment based on the lever effect between the upper and lower leveling plates. To make clear the compen-sating moving rules of leveling plates, the compensating moving equation of leveling plates is derived based on the hypothesis of ignoring the effect of the relative rolling and sliding among thrust pads, leveling plates and the base ring. The thermal lubrication theory and the moving equation of leveling plates which have the effect of the relative rolling and sliding among different moving components are adopted to verify the compensating moving equation of leveling plates. The influences of factors, i.e. the magnitude and direction of shaft misalignment, geometry of pads and leveling plates, the number of thrust pads to the compensating characteristics of leveling plates are analyzed. The conclusions are. It makes no difference to ignore the effect of relative rolling and sliding among different moving com- ponents in analyzing the compensating moving rules of leveling plates~ The titling angle of leveling plates and the axial displacement of thrust pads change with the position angle of pads according to the trigonometric function regulation~ The greater the number of pads is, the weaker the compensating ability is; The radius of supporting points of pads and leveling plates is irrelevant to the compensating ability. The research results are of great significance to the design of leveling plates equalizing thrust bearings.
