摘要
目的搜集文献,从实验动物、造模方式、具体使用药物及频率、造模时间等角度比较,从中选择出最优化的子宫肌瘤造模方法。方法以CNKI为检索工具,检索国内2011—2015年全文中包含"子宫肌瘤""造模"或"子宫肌瘤""模型"的期刊文章,筛选到相关文章44篇(4篇为综述),对以上文章进行资料汇总比较。结论实验动物多选用SD大鼠,造模方式多采用雌孕激素双模法,雌激素选用苯甲酸雌二醇或己烯雌酚(常用剂量0.02mg/只,3次/周,给药16周),孕激素选用黄体酮(常用剂量1 mg/只,1次/周,给药4周),给药方式多为肌注。
Objective To choose the optimal model of establishing hysteromyoma animal mode by collecting and comparing the literatures which include experimental animal, the way of modeling, specific drugs, the frequency and modeling time. Methods Collecting articles including " hysteromyoma" " establishing model" or " hysteromyoma" " modeling" from 2011 to 2015 in China by CN-KI, through screening, 44 related articles were selected(4 of them are overview), and these elements mentioned above from the re-lated articles were compared. Conclusion Sprauge Dawley rats are widely used as the experimental animal, the most common way of modeling is a dual model of estrogen and progestin, estradiol benzoate or diethylstilbestrol is widely used as the estrogen(the usual dose: 0.02 mg for one rat, 3 times a week, 16 weeks), progesterone is widely used as the progestin(the usual dose: 1mg for one rat,1 time a week, 4 weeks), and intramuscular injection is widely used as the administration pathway.
