摘要
某工程由于管线设计不够合理,高压开关管线支架发生严重变形,严重影响设备安全运行。文中设计了一种具有限位结构的碟簧力平衡波纹补偿器,装载管母线后,补偿器抵消了大部分管线内压产生的轴向推力,同时实现了补偿器的位移限制功能。使用该补偿器后,设备运行平稳。
Due to the unreasonable design of the pipeline,the support of high-voltage switch pipeline is severely deformed,which seriously affects the safe operation of the equipment,a disc-spring force-balance compensator with displacement limit structure was designed. After loading pipe busbar,the axial force generated by the pipeline pressure was offsetted by the compensator.Meantime,it achieves the function of displacement limiting. The use of the compensator makes the equipment runs smoothly.
