妇产科继发性大出血应用急诊介入栓塞治疗及舒适护理体会

目的 探究妇产科继发性大出血采用急诊介入栓塞治疗与舒适护理的效果。方法：选取45例继发性大出血患者接受急诊介入栓塞手术治疗与舒适护理，并对患者的疗效、并发症、满意度情况予以分析。结果：经治疗后，成功止血率95．56％；并发症发生率17．78％：满意度（93．22±2．05）分。结论：妇产科继发性大出血患者接受急诊介入栓塞治疗与舒适护理，使其对治疗效果与预后效果较满意，改善护患关系，使其死亡率明显降低。

Objective To explore the effect of Obstetrics and Gynecology secondary hemorrhage by emergency embolization and comfortablenursing intervention. Methods：45 cases of secondary hemorrhage patients underwent embolization surgery and comfortable nursing emergencyintervention, and curative effect on patients, complications, satisfaction analysis. Results： After the treatment, the successful hemostasis rate was95.56%, the complication rate was 17.78%, and the degree of satisfaction （93.22± 2.05）. Conclusion： The patients with secondary hemorrhagein obstetrics and gynecology were treated with emergency interventional embolization and comfortable nursing care. The treatment effect andprognosis were satisfied, and the relationship between nurses and patients was improved, and the mortality was decreased significantly.
