摘要 近年来,特大型桥梁钢桥面环氧沥青铺装病害问题越来越困扰着大桥管养单位,出现的病害主要有裂缝、鼓包、坑槽等。以闵浦大桥为例,介绍了大桥经过近5年的运营后,钢桥面环氧沥青混凝土铺装层局部暴露出的表面裂缝、网裂、施工缝开裂等缺陷。针对传统的压浆手段维修效果不好、返修率过高的问题,提出了开槽、抛丸、粘结层涂设、双层环氧碎石维修的方案。该施工工艺在闵浦大桥上得到了很好的应用,效果较为有效。 In recent years, the steel deck epoxy asphalt paving faults of over-large bridge more and more trouble the maintenance units of bridge. The faults are mainly cracks, bumps and pit slots. Taking Minpu Bridge as an example, the article introduces the faults of surface crack, net crack and construction joint cracking caused in the local epoxy asphalt concrete pavement of steel deck after the 5-year operation of this bridge. Aiming at the problems of the bad maintenance effect of the traditional grouting method and the high repair rate, the scheme of grooving, shot blasting, coating bonding layer and double-layer epoxy macadam maintenance is proposed. This construction technology is applied better in the project of Minpu Bridge. Its effect is more efficient.
