摘要
基于红色资源的教导行为,指的是教师以红色资源作为"教材"教导学习者的行为。影响这种教导行为的主要因素有学生的学习行为、教导内容的教育特质、教导内容的载体特征、以及教学组织形式等。从根本上说,教师的教导行为主要是引导和促进学生的学习行为,激发学习的内部动力以及创设有利于学习的外部环境条件。红色资源的教导行为主要是创设环境条件以激励激活学生的学习行为,可以划分为课前准备、课中教导、课后辅导三个阶段。教师在这三个阶段的教导工作任务和需要解决的教导问题是不一样的,其重点教导行为也是不同的。
Instructive behavior based on revolutionary resources refers to the teaching on learners with revolu- tionary resources as the "textbook", which is influenced by various factors, including the learners'behavior, edu- cational features and carriers of the teaching contents, and organization forms of the teaching, etc. Basically, the role of a teacher's instructive behavior is to guide and facilitate learners' learning behavior, arouse their internal motives and create a favorable environment for learning. The instructive behavior based on revolutionary resources is mainly to create an environment conducive to promoting and activating the learners' learning behavior during the stages of pre - class preparation, while - class teaching and after - class tutorial. During each stage the teacher has different tasks and problems to address, so does his or her focus of the instructive behavior.
