县(区)级少先队组织爱党教育“4453”模式初探

Research on the “4453” Mode of Love for the Party Education in the Young Pioneers Organizations at County or District Level

创新少先队员爱党教育的模式,进一步落实"红领巾心向党"的教育任务,是基层少先队组织的一项重要工作。对于县(区)级少先队组织,可以通过实施爱党教育活动课程的"4453"教育模式,即开发县区级、少先队大队、红领巾小社团、校外实践等4类少先队爱党课程,把握队员个体、队员生活、队活动、队员情感等4个辅导环节,拓展"童谣+N"法、"争章+积分"法、网格导行、微课研讨法和游戏创编法等5种教育路径,创设"党团队联动""片区合作""中队教育小组"等三大联动机制,培养广大少先队员对党的朴素感情,达到立志高擎队旗跟党走的教育成效。

Innovating the mode of young pioneers' love for the Party education to further implement the education mission of 'young pioneers' support for the Party'is an important task of young pioneer organizations at community level. The '4453'education mode includes developing four kinds of young pioneers' love for the Party curricula of county or district level,young pioneers brigade,red scarf little community and off-campus practice; grasping four guidance aspects of young pioneer individuals,lives,activities,and emotions; expanding five education paths of'nursery rhymes + N','contention for medal + accumulated points',the grid work method,the micro-lecture discussion method,and play composition method; and establishing three linkage mechanisms of 'the Party,the Communist Youth League,and Young Pioneers linkage','areas cooperation', and 'squadron education group '. By implementing the above curricula of educating young pioneers' love for the Party,young pioneer organizations at county or district level can cultivate the majority of young pioneers' affection for the Party,and achieve the education effects of young pioneers following the Party.
