摘要
生产一线对机械零件圆柱度的测量一直没有新的进展,所采用的方法不论是两点法或三点法,都由于受圆柱度误差棱数的影响,仅限于对零件圆柱度误差作大致的判断。借助工程软件pro/Engineer的仿真优化模块,对偏角三点法测量圆柱度误差进行了研究,得出了圆柱度误差的棱数、最佳偏角值和放大比之间的关系。
In the production line, there has been no new progress on cylindricity error measurement of mechanical parts. The adopted methods, whether two-point method or three-point method, are limited to making rough judgments in cylindricity errors due to the effect of cylindrieity error on number of edges. With the aid of engineering software simulation optimization module of pro/Engineer, this paper presents a study on three-point method of angle measurement of cylindricity error, and has obtained the relationship among cylindricity error on the number of edges, the best angle value and magnification ratio.
