风场出力对系统备用容量的影响探究 被引量:1

摘要 首先对电力系统备用容量分类及运行特点做了详细的阐述,然后介绍了常规的电力系统可靠性评估指标。在考虑电力系统负荷变化和风电存在不确定性的情况下,提出了计算电力系统备用容量的数学模型。最后,根据提出的备用容量数学模型,改变风电比例,应用Matlab仿真了不同风电比例下系统的备用容量变化曲线。结果表明风电出力对系统备用容量有重要影响,提前获知风场出力情况,可以减小系统的备用容量,减小成本,保证电网可靠、安全地运行。 Firstly,the classification of reserve capacity of the power system and the operation characteristics is stated in detail; Then,the index of reliability evaluation of the conventional power system is introduced; Next,considering the case of change in load of power system and uncertainty of wind power,a mathematical model for calculating the electrical power system reserve capacity is presented; Finally,according to the mathematical model,changing the proportion of wind power,simulating reserve capacity variation curve of different proportion of wind power system adopting Matlab,the conclusion shows that output power of wind farm has an important influence on the reserve capacity of power system. Knowing the output of wind farm in advance can reduce reserve capacity and cost of power system to ensure grid reliability and security operation.
