摘要
对93WNiFe板坯的烧结和热处理工艺进行了研究,主要讨论了烧结温度和热处理工艺对板坯轧制性能的影响。结果表明:真空预结有利于减少残余气孔,提高板坯密度和强度,有利于加工;对用于轧制的93WNiFe板坯的烧结,减少残余气孔、采用较高的烧结温度、采用较慢速度冷却,能获得较好的板坯轧制性能;烧结坯料的热处理有利于提高轧制性能。在材料到达产生裂纹的加工率前,及时地对材料进行热处理,使粘接相充分扩散而使裂纹弥合。
The sintering and beat treatment process of 93WNiFe slab were studied. The effects of sintering temperature and heat treatment process on the rolling performance of the slab were mainly discussed. The results show that vacuum preloading is beneficial to reduce the residual porosity, improve the density and intensity of the slab, and is conducive to process. The sintered 93WNiFe slabs used for rolling can get better rolling performance by reducing residual pores and using higher sintering temperature and slower cooling speed. The heat treatment of sintered billet is beneficial to improve the rolling performance. Before the material reaches the processing rate of the crack, the heat treatment of materials was duly carried out to make the cracks close by the full diffusion of the adhesive.
