摘要
分析了苤蓝中的挥发油成分。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用GC-MS技术并结合Kovats保留指数对其进行分析鉴定。结果表明,采用GC-MS分析并结合保留指数鉴定,从苤蓝挥发油中共鉴定出其中的22种化合物,其中含量较高的有3-侧柏烯(6.41%)、D-柠檬烯(5.47%)、(+)-4-蒈烯(5.24%)、α-水芹烯(4.72%)、β-芳樟醇(4.06%)等。对苤蓝中挥发油成分进行分析鉴定,为其合理开发利用提供科学依据。
The chemical constituents of essential oil from brassica caulorapa were analyzed. The essential oil was extracted by the water stream distillation. GC-MS analysis combined with Kovats retention index methods were used to analyze its main components. Results showed that 22 compounds were identified from volatile oil. The compounds with high contents were as follows- 3 - Cuparene ( 6.41% ) , D - Cinene ( 5.47% ), ( + ) - 4 - Carene ( 5.24% ) ,α- Phellandrene (4.72%) and β-Linalool (4.06%). By analyzing and evaluating constituent of essential oil of brassica caulorapa, it provided scientific basis for brassica caulorapa ploitation and usage.
