摘要
为不断提高信访工作办事效率,强化信访工作责任落实,在日常接待和信访问题处理过程中,以信访工作机制建设为创新点,通过工作机制的不断完善和创新管理,突出前瞻性的源头建设和过程执行力度,规范中间转办流程和环节,实施上下信访问题的有效对接,掌握信访工作的主动权,推进常态化的信访工作有的放矢,达到解决问题不推、不拖、不靠,信访效果提质、提速、提效,最大努力实现息诉罢访,减少信访成本投入,营造后勤和谐稳定环境。
To improve letters and visits work efficiency, intensify the implement of responsibilities, in the daily reception and in the process of handling problems, to innovate letters and visits work mechanism con- struction, through the continuous improvement of the working mechanism and innovation management, highlight the prospective original construction and the enforcement process, standardize administrative process and links, realize the effective docking between the basic - level letters and visits issues and the higher - level ones , gain the initiative in letters and visits, promote the normalization of letters and visits work target, to solve the problem not to be pushed, not to be towed, not to be depended, and letters and visits effects are better quality, faster speed and the best efforts to achieve ceasing litigation and visits, re- duce costs, build logistics harmonious and stable environment.
