摘要
针对防空反导目标威胁评估指标权重很难确定、威胁评估信息存在不确定性的问题,提出了一种基于改进的结构熵权法和区间数灰色聚类的目标威胁评估方法。首先选取威胁评估指标,给出指标值的处理方法;然后通过重新定义"平均认识度"和"认识盲度",提出一种用于防空反导目标威胁评估指标权重确定的改进结构熵权法;接着根据威胁评估信息不确定的特点,给出一种基于区间数灰色聚类的目标威胁评估方法;最后通过实例分析,验证了方法的可行性。
In order to give proper index weights and cope with uncertainty of threat assessment in air and missile defense combat, a threat assessment method based on improved structure entropy and gray theory was proposed. First, the threat assessment indexes were chosen, and the index value processing methods were given. Then, an improved structure entropy weight method, which can be applied to the threat assessment, was proposed by redefining "average cognitive degree" and "cog- nitive blind degree". And a threat assessment method based on interval-number gray clustering was put forward accounting for the uncertainty. Last, the method proposed in this paper was proved to be practicable by analyzing a numerical example.
