摘要 开展了RGB激光器及单色激光器对自动模式下的彩色CCD相机的外场干扰实验,理论分析及实验结果表明:较强激光照射将使CCD靶面上出现串音现象;较长时间的强激光照射可造成CCD像元的永久性损伤,并能使相机全靶面饱和;在相同实验条件下,RGB三色激光器比单色激光器更易获得全通道饱和干扰图像,单色激光器若要获得与RGB三色激光器类似的全通道干扰效果,其激光功率应为RGB激光器的10倍以上;相机拍摄背景的不同会给干扰带来很大影响,全色背景比单色背景更难获取良好的干扰效果。 The field experiment of color CCD camera in automatic mode jammed by RGB laser and single color laser has been carried out. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that higher power laser will resuh in crosstalk phenomenon on the CCD camera screen. Long time strong laser radiation results in permanent damage of CCD pixels and full saturation of CCD camera screen. Under the same experimental conditions, the RGB laser is easi- er than single color laser to make full saturated images, but single color laser can obtain similar full channel jamming effect when its power is up to 10 times of RGB laser power. The different backgrounds have significant effect on the jamming efficiency. RGB background is more difficult than single color background to obtain good jamming effect.
