摘要
采用IGBT并联运行是提高变流器通流能力的有效途径,但必须解决好并联IGBT的电流均衡分配问题.对造成IGBT模块并联运行时静态不均流与动态不均流的各种因素进行了理论分析,利用Pspice仿真工具进行了验证.提出了相应的均流措施,并进行仿真分析,验证了均流控制方法的有效性.
IGBT power module in parallel operation is an effective means to improve the flow capacity of inverter, But the current balance distribution problem in parallel IGBT mast be solved. Various factors causing static and dynamic current imbalance of IGBT modules in parallel operation are theoretically ana- lyzed, and by using Pspice software, simulation tools are verified. Corresponding current balance measures are put forward and the simulating result verifies the effectiveness.
