青春期牙龈炎牙龈卟啉单胞菌rag位点基因分型与致病力分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析不同rag基因型牙龈卟啉单胞菌在青春期牙龈炎中的分布状况。方法:分别选取青春期牙龈炎(GI≥1,PD≥3 mm)64例及牙周健康者(GI=0,PD<3 mm)56例作为研究对象,采用16S r DNA聚合酶链反应(PCR)法检测受试者龈沟液标本中牙龈卟啉单胞菌及致病岛rag基因,分析其与临床指标之间的相互关系。结果:病例组病变位点和对照组牙龈卟啉单胞菌阳性检出率分别为65.63%(42/64)、33.93%(19/56)(P<0.05)。牙龈卟啉单胞菌阳性患者(n=37)的rag基因型检出率依次为rag-3(16/37)、rag-1(9/37))、rag-4(7/37)和rag-2(5/37)。结论:青春期牙龈炎患者龈沟液中牙龈卟啉单胞菌存在rag基因多态性,其中rag-1和rag-3基因型牙龈卟啉单胞菌与青春期牙龈炎的发生发展关系密切。 AIM: To investigate the distribution of Porphyromonas gingivalis( Pg) rag genotypes in adolescence gingivitis patients. METHODS: 64 adolescent gingivitis patients( GI ≥1,PD ≥3 mm) and 56 gingivally healthy controls( GI=0,PD 3mm) were included. Gingival crevicular fluid( GCF) was collected from all subjects.Pg and rag genotypes of Pg in GCF were detected by PCR method. RESULTS: The detection rate of Pg in GCF of the patients and healthy controls was 65. 63%(42 /64) and 33.93%(19 /56) respectively( P〈0. 05). In Pg postive patients(n =37),the rag genotypes in Pg positive samples was in the following order: rag- 3( 16 /37),rag- 1(9 /37),rag- 4( 7 /37) and rrag- 2(5 /37),in the controls(n=10) was rag- 3( 5 /10),rag- 2(2 /10),rag- 4(2 /10) and rag- 1(1 /10)(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION: Various rag genotypes can be found in GCF of adolescent gingivitis patients. Rag- 1 and rag- 3 might have more close correlation with the development of adolescent gingivitis.
