Analyzing the British pharmaceutical policy system under the NHS system

目的:通过剖析NHS制度背景下英国医药产业政策体系的做法与特色,提出了完善我国产业政策体系的启示与建议。方法:采用文献研究法,对英国医药产业政策相关制度文件资料进行研究,剖析NHS制度下英国医药产业政策体系框架与内容。结论:借鉴英国经验,明确医药产业政策目标取向,形成有效协商机制,强化新药审批,引入药物经济学评价等,促进我国现有卫生制度下医药产业健康可持续发展。

To put forward suggestions on improving pharmaceutical policy system in China based on analysis of the British pharmaceutical policy system under the NHS system. Methods Documents related with British pharmaceutical policy system were studied with literature review methods. And its structure and content were studied. Conclusion It is suggested to define the orienta- tion of pharmaceutical industrial policies, develop effective negotiation mechanism, strengthen the new drug approval system, intro- duce pharmacoeconomics evaluation system, to accelerate the sustainable development of Chinese pharmaceutical industry.
