前炎清方治疗湿热型慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床观察

Efficacy observation of Qianyanqing formula on chronic nonbacterial prostatitis of dampheat type

目的:观察前炎清方治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分成两组各30例,治疗组口服前炎清方;对照组口服左氧氟沙星片。2周为1疗程,治疗1个疗程观察疗效。结果:两组总有效率分别为93.3%、83.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前炎清方治疗慢性非前列腺炎具有较显著疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Qianyanqing formula on chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. Methods： 60 cases of patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with oral Qianyanqing formula,while the control group was treated with oral Levofloxacin tablets,2 weeks as a course of treatment. After a course of treatment,the pathogenetic condition was observed. Results： The total effective rates of two groups were respectively 93. 3% and83. 3%. The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：The clinical effect of Qianyanqing formula on chronic nonbacterial prostatitis is obvious.
