会阴三维超声评价女性盆腔器官脱垂的临床诊断价值

摘要 目的研究在盆腔气管脱垂的诊断中应用经会阴三维超声成像的价值。方法随机收集2014年7月—2015年10月该院接收治疗的盆腔器官脱垂患者50例为观察组,选取同期到该院体检的健康妇女50名作为对照组,对两组进行会阴三维超声检查,分析两组检查结果。结果在3种状态之下,观察组盆底结构较对照组更为松弛,观察组矢状位肛提肌裂孔长度与肛提肌裂孔面积大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组70%的患者为肛提肌异常,76%为阴道周围结缔组织缺失。结论经会阴三维超声成像能够使盆底解剖结构更有效显示,诊断女性盆腔器官脱垂的准确率更高,值得推广。 Objective To study the application in the diagnosis of pelvic tracheal prolapse by the perineum the value of three-dimensional ultrasound imaging. Methods To collect 2014 July to October 2015, our hospital to receive treatment of 50 patients with pelvic organ prolapse as observation group, select the same to our hospital medical health women 50 cases ~s control group, the two groups in the perineum three-dimensional ultrasound examination, analysis of two groups of test results. Results Under the three states, observation of pelvic floor structure more relaxed than that of the control group, ob- servation group sagittal imperforate anus levator muscle splitting hole length and the levator ani muscle splitting hole area higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Observation group was 70% of patients by the levator ani muscle abnormal- ities, 76% around the vagina connective tissue loss. Conclusion Three dimensional ultrasound imaging can make the pelvic floor anatomy more effective display, diagnosis of female pelvic organ prolapse accuracy rate is higher, it is worth promoting.
