摘要
牡丹籽油作为被立法明确的新食品原料,含有100多种营养生理活性物质,被营养学家誉为"世界上最好的油"。目前牡丹籽油的制备工艺主要采用超临界CO_2萃取技术,对比分析了超临界CO_2萃取牡丹籽油的出油率、脂肪酸组成、油脂的色泽气味等。结果表明:超临界CO_2萃取牡丹籽油色泽浅、透明澄清,不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,皂化值、过氧化值含量较低,品质优于索氏抽提法、化学溶剂浸提法、压榨法和水代法所得油。提出复合优化超临界CO_2萃取技术的发展思路,为合理选择和优化牡丹籽油的萃取工艺条件,为超临界CO_2萃取牡丹籽油的深入研究及其产业化开发提供借鉴。
The peony seed oil as the novel food by law, contains more than 100 kinds of nutrition physiological active substances, by nutritionists known as "the best in the world oil",at present the preparation of the peony seed oil was mainly by supercritical CO2 extraction technology, This review compiles recently published scientific reports at home and abroad In this paper, the peony seed oil of supercritical CO2 extraction principle, technological process and operating points, extract, effect and process conditions were summarized, Analysis of the supercritical CO2 extraction of the peony seed oil yield efficiency, fatty acid composition, oil colour, smell, etc. The result showed that the peony seed oil of supercritical CO2 extraction of shallow color, transparent, clarification, unsaturated fatty acid content is higher,extraction oil quality was better than that of soxhlet extraction, chemical solvent extraction, squeezing, and water generation method. Finally put forward compound optimization of supercritical CO2 extraction technology development, in order to reasonable selection and optimization of the peony seed oil extraction process conditions, for further the research and exploration of the peony seed oil by supercritical CO2 extraction and its industrialization development.
