摘要
观察并研究了塑料模具钢S136及其变体Fs136热处理后的组织与性能。S136及Fs136经过相应热处理,通过SEM、EDS、XRD、硬度测试及拉伸实验仪进行力学性能测试和显微组织观察。发现退火后的S136比Fs136有更细密的显微组织和更高的硬度,其硬度分别为212 HV和202.1 HV。发现淬火后的S136比Fs136拥有更细密的马氏体组织和更高的韧性。淬火后S136的屈服强度、抗拉强度及断后伸长率分别为1538、1604及13.5%;Fs136的屈服强度、抗拉强度及断后伸长率分别为1554、1763 MPa和8.5%。
Microstructure and mechanical properties of the plastic mould steel S136 and Fs136 were examined by means of SEM,EDS analysis,XRD,hardness and tensile tests. The results show that the annealed steel S136 exhibits finer microstructure and higher hardness as compared to the annealed steel Fs136. After quenching,the steel S136 shows more finer mattensite microstructure and higher ductility than that of the steel Fs136. Yield strength,tensile strength and elongation of the heat-quenched steel S136 are 1538 MPa,1604 MPa and13. 5%,while those of the quenched steel Fs136 are 1554 MPa,1763 MPa and 8. 5%,respectively.
