摘要
为实现2,4,6-三硝基-1,3,5-苯三酚(TNPG)的绿色合成,本文研究了间苯三酚在辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)下的催化硝化反应。实验表明,HRP/H_2O_2/NO_2^-体系可以有效硝化间苯三酚,得到单取代硝化产物,并生成少量的TNPG。
The nitration of phloroglucinol catalyzed by Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) was performed for the green synthesis of 1, 3,5 -Benzenetriol- 2,4,6 -trinitro (TNPG). The results showed that the HRP/H202/NO2^- system could be an effective nitrification for pyrogallol. Main products of nitration products of monosubstituted and minor TNPG are obtained
