摘要
为了研究在温和条件下紫外光对煤粒表面亲疏水性的影响,本文以麻家梁选煤厂入选-0.5 mm原煤为研究对象,用25W无臭氧型紫外灯进行光催化处理,测定不同照射时间、不同照射层面、不同粒度、不同初始水含量煤样的接触角和Zeta电位。试验结果表明,煤颗粒接触角随光照时间基本呈周期性变化,而电位与接触角大致呈负相关关系,光催化煤反应仅发生在与紫外光接触的煤颗粒的表层,在一定粒度范围内,粒度越小光催化反应越明显;且当粒度小于0.075 mm时,光催化反应与粒度变化无明显关系,煤颗粒中的少量水分有利于光催化反应。
In order to study the of ultraviolet light catalysis on surface wettability of slime coal under mild conditions,the sample was made by crushing raw coalwhose grain size is smaller than 0.5 mm from Majialiang coal preparation plant.Contact Angle and Zeta Potential were gathered under different times of light-catalyzed reaction,different layers of coal attended from the reaction,different particle ranges of sample,different initial moistures of sample with 25 W nonozone ultraviolet light.The results showed that Contact Angles of slime coal varied with the reaction in periods roughly while there existed a negative correlation between Contact angle and Zeta Potential.No obvious reaction happens except in the surface lighted by ultraviolet.The smaller in certain range of particles,the more obvious reaction was.Scarcely any relation exists when size is below 0.075 mm,and small amounts of moisture could benefit the reaction.
