子宫内膜癌组织中端粒蛋白TRF1和TRF2的表达及意义 被引量:1

Expression and significance of telomere protein TRF1 and TRF2 in the endometrial carcinoma

摘要 目的研究子宫内膜癌组织内端粒蛋白TRF1、TRF2的表达水平及临床应用意义。方法选取韶关市第一人民医院2015年1月-2016年12月住院部收治的60例子宫内膜癌患者作为病例组,同时选取同期在我院行诊断性刮宫术治疗的30例健康子宫内膜患者作为对照组。采用免疫组化方法对两组患者的端粒蛋白TRF1、TRF2及细胞分化水平进行检测,并比较两组患者端粒蛋白TRF1、TRF2阳性率。结果子宫内膜癌的病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移、肌层浸润等情况与端粒蛋白TRF1、TRF2的表达水平无明显相关性;TRF1、TRF2在子宫内膜癌、健康子宫内膜内表达相关性明显(Rs_1=0.519,P_1=0.000;Rs_2=0.541,P_2=0.000)。结论临床医学可根据端粒蛋白TRF1、TRF2表达水平进行早期子宫内膜癌防治,为临床医学研究提供分子生物学机制,降低子宫内膜癌发生风险,改善治疗效果。 Objective:To study the expression level of telomere protein TRF1 and TRF2 in the endometrial carcinoma(EC) and its clinical application significance. Methods:60 EC patients admitted into the inpatient department of Shaoguan First People's Hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as patient group,and at the same time,30 cases of patients with healthy endometrium received curettage of uterus in the hospital were selected as control group. The telomere protein TRF1 and TRF2,cell differentiation level of two groups were inspected by immunohistochemical method,and the positive rate of telomere protein TRF1 and TRF2 of two groups were compared. Results:There was no obvious correlation between the pathological grading,clinical stages,lymphatic metastasis,myometrial invasion of EC and the expression level of telomere protein TRF1 and TRF2; There was significant correlation between TRF1 and TFR2 in the EC and healthy endometrium(Rs1=0.519,P1=0.000;Rs2=0.541,P2=0.000). Conclusion Telomere protein TRF1 and TRF2 expression level can be used to prevent early EC in clinical medicine,which can provide molecular biological mechanisms for clinical study, decrease the risk of EC and improve curative effects.
