摘要
食品生物化学是食品科学与工程专业重要的学科基础课,理论性很强.为激发学生的学习动力和兴趣,笔者从优化课堂教学内容、改革教学方法、改革考核方式等途径对该课程进行了教学改革,旨在为进一步提升教学效果和提高学生综合素质提供参考.
Food Biochemistry with strong theory is an important specialized basic course for students of food science and engineering specialty. In order to inspire students' learning interests, the author carried out the teaching reform by way of optimization of the teaching content, employment of new teaching methods, and construction of different assessment systems. It is expected that these practices will offer some reference for improving classroom teaching of this course, and helping to highten the college students' comprehensive quality.
