摘要
Quantum和Twido是施耐德公司旗下两种不同类型的PLC产品,其特性不同,应用场合也不同。工业现场经常要求某些独立运行的设备要实现重要参数的远程监控,这就会遇到两种PLC之间的数据通讯问题。本文在分析了现场的硬件组成及网络结构的基础上,提出了通过BM85网桥来实现Quantum和Twido两款PLC之间的Modbus Plus通讯,从而解决了重要设备重要参数的远程监控。
Quantum and Twido are two PLC products of different types of Schneider Inc's, which have different characteristics and different applications. It is always required that some important parameters of independent running of the equipment need to a- chieve the Remote monitoring in field of industrial. This will be a problem of data communication between the two PLC. Through the analysis of the hardware composition and network structure, It is proposed a method of the Modbus Plus communication between quantum and Twido by BM85 bridge in this article, so as to solve the remote monitoring of the important parameters of the important devices.
