摘要 目的:探讨细胞粘附分子变异体6(CD44v6)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)以及人类绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)联合检测对葡萄胎恶变的诊断价值。方法:选取30例葡萄胎恶变患者纳入观察组,另选取30名正常妊娠行人工流产者纳入对照组,两组孕周均在12周之内;检测两组的HCG、CD44v6、MMP-2及MMP-9水平,并对检测结果进行比较。结果:观察组与对照组相比,葡萄胎恶变患者的HCG、CD44v6、MMP-2及MMP-9水平较高,差异有统计学意义(t=2.757,t=3.384,t=3.386,t=2.451;P<0.05)。结论:葡萄胎恶变患者的血清HCG、CD44v6、MMP-2以及MMP-9水平与正常妊娠行人工流产者相比较高,联合检测对临床葡萄胎恶变的诊断具有指导意义。 Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of cell adhesion molecule variant 6(CD44v6), matrix metalloproteinases-2(MMP-2), matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9) and human chorionic promoting gonad hormone in malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole. Methods: 30 patients of malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole from our hospital were selected into the observation group, and 30 normal pregnancy artificial abortion were selected into the control group. All the selected object gestational weeks were within 12 weeks. The HCG, CD44v6, MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels were detected and compared between two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, HCG(t=2.757, P=0.004), CD44v6(t=3.384, P=0.001), MMP-2(t=3.386, P=0.001) and MMP-9(t=2.451, P=0.013) levels in the observation group were higher. Conclusion: HCG, CD44v6 MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the serum of malignant change of hydatidiform mole are relatively higher than the patients with normal pregnancy artificial abortion and it has guiding significance to the combined detection of malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole in clinical.
