以问题为导向的教学法在心内科临床实习教学中的应用 被引量:58

摘要 临床实习是医学生向"准医生"转变的重要阶段,对实习医师临床工作能力及疾病临床诊断思路的培养历来是医学教育的重中之重。心血管内科是一门解剖复杂、内容丰富、实践性强的学科,在有限时间内学习和掌握心内科多发病及常见病的诊治对带教教师及实习医生均是一种挑战。传统的实习带教方法(lecture-based learning,LBL)是以教师讲授为主,是一种单一的说教兼简单实践相结合的填鸭式教学,
