摘要
针对高精密非标轴承外圈径向钻孔工序存在的加工精度低、表面质量差等问题,设计开发了一种高精密全自动轴承外圈径向钻孔机。通过设置自动上料检测装置、伺服夹持分度装置、伺服钻孔装置、伺服倒角装置、气动铰孔装置及采用PLC系统控制,实现了上料检测→装夹分度→自动钻孔→内边倒角→内孔铰削等多工序连续自动加工,并通过实践验证,提升了生产效率和产品加工品质。
Aiming at the problems of low machining precision and poor surface quality in the radial drilling process of the outer ring of the high precision non-standard bearing, a new type of fully automatic radial drilling machine with high precision is designed and developed. By setting the automatic material detection apparatus, servo clip to dividing device, servo drilling device, servo chamfering device, gas dynamic reaming device and the PLC control system, realize continuous automatic processing such as the material detection, clamping and indexing; automatic drilling, chamfering, reaming cutting and other processes, enhancing the efficiency and product quality verified by practice.
